Hotel Accomodations
Located in Baltimore, Maryland, the Baltimore Renaissance Harborplace Hotel will be hosting the ACCC 38th Annual National Meeting on March 12—14, 2012. The ACCC room block is closed, however, hotel rooms are still available at the Renaissance.

Reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly at: 410.547.1200.

A deposit of one night's room rate and tax or a guarantee with a major credit card is required by the hotel for room reservations. Hotel reservations may be cancelled up to 6:00 pm (EST) on your arrival date. Cancellations received after this time will be charged one night's room rate and tax. Check in time is 4:00 PM; check out time is 12:00 PM.

Train Station
The closest train station to the Renaissance Harborplace is Amtrak’s Penn Station (BAL). The hotel recommends taking a taxi from the station to the hotel.

Self-parking is currently $28 per day/ Valet—$40 per day.

Closest Airport
The closest full service airport to the Renaissance Harborplace is the Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI). Two other airports are also available, but located substantially further from the hotel—Washington Dulles International (IAD) and Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA).

Ground Transportation from Baltimore-Washington Airport
This hotel does not provide shuttle service. The hotel recommends taking either a taxi or shuttle from the airport. Taxi stands are located outside the baggage claim area of each terminal. Guests may also make advanced reservations with the Super Shuttle which provides transportation from any of the three regional airports. Advanced reservations may be made by calling 800.258.3826 or reserve online at www.supershuttle.com.

BWIBaltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport—BWI
Hotel direction: 8 mile(s) S
Exit airport to Rt. 195 West. Merge onto I-95N, then to I-395 N. Make 1st right turn onto Conway St, then left at 3rd light onto Light St, turning into far right two lanes, road will merge to the right, into Pratt Street. Make immediate 1st left onto South Street. The hotel entrance will be on the left.

Chauffeured transportation: Universal Limousines; fee: $60 + 20% Gratuity USD for one-way service. Reservations are required at 443.413.3333.

DCARonald Reagan Washington National Airport—DCA
Hotel direction: 45 mile(s) N
Follow 95N into the Baltimore area and take Exit 53 (Downtown 395). Make 1st right turn onto Conway St, then left at 3rd light onto Light St, turning into far right two lanes, road will merge to the right, into Pratt Street. Make immediate 1st left onto South Street. The hotel entrance will be on the left.

IADWashington Dulles International Airport—IAD
Hotel direction: 50 mile(s) NE
Dulles Access Road to 495 N to 95 N. I-95N, then to I-395 N. Make 1st right turn onto Conway St, then left at 3rd light onto Light St, turning into far right two lanes, road will merge to the right, into Pratt Street. Make immediate 1st left onto South Street. The hotel entrance on the left.
